Shipping Information

Your order will ship within one to two business days with the exception of Standard Holidays unless otherwise noted on the product description page. We ship from our warehouse in Ohio to the contiguous 48 States only. 

We will ship your order either UPS ground or by a freight carrier of our choice depending on the size of the order. Shipping is free on orders over $50 and is $20 on orders under $50. If your order ships UPS ground, you will get an email from them at the end of the day shipped with a tracking number that you can track to your door. In either event, you can log back into your order to view the UPS tracking number or the freight carrier and PRO number after the order has shipped.

A signature is not required at your end. If you are not home, UPS will leave the shipment at their discretion. UPS will not call you to let you know they are coming.

The Freight carriers will so it is important that you provide your phone number on the order. If you have specific instructions on where to leave the shipment, please write this in the provided SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS box and we will put this information on the shipping label for the driver to see. If your order ships UPS you will get an email from them at the end of the day shipped with a tracking number that you can track to your door.
