Order Status

You will receive an e-mail from UPS at the end of the day with a tracking number notifying you that the order has shipped. If you did not receive an email then either the order has not shipped yet or the email went to your spam folder.  If your larger order ships by freight.

You can log into your account/order to find either the UPS tracking number or the PRO number and the shipper.

You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

Refusing the shipment will not cancel the order. You will pay for the shipping charges both to you and back from AffordableWater.us if the order is refused.
