Pyrolox AIO Iron, Manganese, High Sulfur Filter Systems

  • Pyrolox® is a time proven media and with the added AIO (non-chemical) addition, they are very effective at removing hydrogen sulfide up to 7 ppm, iron to 15 ppm & manganese to 5 ppm. They will also filter much of any bacterial iron.
  • pH below 7.0 may not allow a filter to be as effective as the acidity of the water will push the iron off of the media. THIS IS TRUE OF ANY WATER SOFTENER OR IRON FILTER.
  • Do not buy a catalytic carbon filter as a sulfur filter as this media will not last long and is the reason why we do not sell them.
  • Contrary to what you might read on the Internet, Pyrolox® does not "bunch" as long as they are sized to your well flow rate. This is NOT the lower cost and less effective Pyrolox Advantage®.
