The Buyer agrees to provide all required reliable and accurate information to the Seller AffordableWater.us in order for us to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
The Buyer represents that they are 18 years of age or older. The Buyer further agrees that they are responsible for water test data, sizing of the system(s) and all other factors associated with interfacing the offered items and systems to the application so that these systems can be applied correctly.
The Buyer agrees that the contract to purchase has been completed when the order is placed. You cannot cancel and order after it has shipped. Refusing the shipment does not constitute canceling the order and you will be subject to paying the freight both ways, to and from you.
The buyer is responsible for installation and maintenance of all items sold on this website.

Shipment and Transfer of Risk
Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, all orders placed with Affordablewater.us are shipment contracts. Our responsibility is to properly package the merchandise, address it according to the shipping information provided by the customer, and tender it to the designated shipping carrier.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title to the merchandise and risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer when the properly packaged shipment is delivered to and accepted by the carrier.
Delivery Confirmation
Affordablewater.us primarily ships merchandise through UPS. Unless signature confirmation is specifically included with the shipment, deliveries may be left at the designated address without obtaining a recipient's signature, at the carrier's discretion.
Carrier tracking records, delivery scans, GPS information, photographs, and other available documentation may be used to establish shipment and delivery. A carrier's confirmation of delivery will be considered evidence that the shipment was delivered, subject to review of any credible evidence to the contrary.
Missing, Stolen, or Disputed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure shipping address and making reasonable arrangements to receive and safeguard delivered merchandise.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should promptly check the delivery area, surrounding entrances, household members, and neighbors before contacting Affordablewater.us.
Affordablewater.us will assist customers in reviewing available tracking information and, when appropriate, initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Affordablewater.us is not responsible for theft, disappearance, or other loss occurring after a shipment has been properly delivered to the designated shipping address.
Refunds or replacement merchandise will not be automatically issued solely because a customer reports that a carrier-confirmed delivery cannot be located. Each claim will be evaluated based on the available shipping records, delivery documentation, investigation findings, and applicable law.
Shipping Damage and Carrier Errors
Customers should promptly notify Affordablewater.us of merchandise that arrives damaged, incomplete, or at an incorrect address so that we can investigate and assist with resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws or other governing law.
Warranties: AffordableWater.us does not warrant against misapplication or incorrect installation of equipment. The Buyer is responsible for the installation and service maintenance of the product. The manufacturer of each component warrants the components and AffordableWater.us is the agent of these warranties. Unfortunately Fleck/Pentair does not warrant the inner working parts of the control valve including the piston, seals and brine valve based on field conditions. The warranties of all components are stated on each product description page and does not include field service or labor of any type including your time or your cost to another contractor. AffordableWater.us will replace any component that we determine to be defective and you may be required to return the component at your expense. AffordableWater.us will not replace a complete system or an entire control valve due to a component or cleaning issue. The Buyer must receive a return authorization in order to return any component in order to receive a replacement or repair.
The warranty on fiberglass mineral tanks and control valves WILL be voided on outdoor installations. The small βlipβ of the tank, which is actually just the portion of the poly tank liner sitting above the fiberglass wrap, is prone to degradation from UV radiation and WILL eventually break down and begin to leak if not protected. We do not sell or supply these covers for the simple reason that we cannot find a supplier of that meets our quality standards at an acceptable price.
The Buyer will be required to pay the shipping costs each way for any warranty replacement item.
The stated warranties are to the original Buyer only.
Sending us a purchase order does not constitute the acceptance of an order.
